About Roseville

Roseville is the biggest city in Placer County, California, and part of the Sacramento metropolitan region. The US Census Bureau projected the city's population at 141,500 in 2019. Interstate 80 and State Route 65 pass through the city of Roseville, CA, with the latter traveling along a portion of the city's northern border.

The first stagecoach stop in the town was Griders.
