Honest Reviews of Solid Construction & Design
The quality of our work is best measured by the people who live with it every day. Here is what Sacramento-area homeowners say about the spaces we created for them.
A Reputation Built in Their Words
These reviews offer a clear view of what it was like to work with us, told by the homeowners who welcomed our team into their homes. Each card shares a brief excerpt.
“From the first measurement to the final walk-through, Solid did exactly what they said they would. Our kitchen came in on schedule and the crew treated our home like their own.”
“I interviewed four contractors. Solid was the only one who showed up with drawings and a real number. Ten weeks later we have the spa bathroom we always wanted.”
“They added a 600 sq ft in-law suite that matches the original house perfectly. Permits, inspections, all of it handled. I never had to call the city once.”
“A full renovation is stressful, but having one team accountable for everything made it manageable. Weekly updates, no surprises on the invoice.”
“We built a garage-conversion ADU for rental income. The design maximized every square foot and it rented the first week it was listed.”
“The cabinet refinishing alone transformed the space at a fraction of replacement cost. Honest advice, beautiful result.”
“New driveway and a covered patio. Poured flat, finished clean, and the crew cleaned up every day. Highly recommend.”
“As a senior, I appreciated the discount and the patience. They walked me through every selection and the workmanship is flawless.”
“They built our home from a bare lot. Design-build under one roof is the only way I would ever do this again.”
