Introduce a friend or neighbor who plans to remodel. When they sign with Solid Construction & Design and the first payment on their contract comes in, we pay you a bonus.
Your Bonus Grows With the Size of Their Remodel
We calculate the bonus as a percentage of the signed contract.
At the full 3%, a $60,000 remodel would bring you $1,800.
The bonus stops at $3,500, even on a $150,000 contract where 3% would come to $4,500.

Fill out the form on this page or call (916) 260-2066. You can also email us at info@solidcd.com. The referral has to reach us before your friend’s appointment with Solid is scheduled.
They Hire Solid
The person you referred signs a contract with us and makes the first progress payment, which in most contracts is 20% of the total. For financed remodels, the trigger is the moment Solid receives the funds from the bank.
Your Check Goes Out
Solid Construction & Design then sends your bonus. Treat yourself, or put it toward a remodel of your own.

Referral Bonus Terms
- Your bonus is up to 3% of the signed contract, with a maximum of $3,500.
- We pay the bonus to the person who makes the referral. The client you refer does not receive a separate reward under this program.
- The bonus is paid by check after the person you referred signs a contract and makes the first progress payment, which is typically 20% of the contract amount. If the person you referred finances the work, we pay the bonus once Solid receives the funds from the bank.
- You can refer by any contact method, but the referral must reach us before our scheduler books an appointment for the person you are referring.
- Referral bonuses may be reportable for tax purposes, and we may ask you for a W-9 form before payment.
