Expanding the Home for Better Living

This remodel went beyond updating finishes. It changed the footprint of the home. We built a substantial addition to create the extra square footage needed for a larger kitchen, a more comfortable bathroom, and a dedicated home office.

The expanded kitchen now has room for a generous center island, additional cabinetry and workspace, while large windows bring natural light and the surrounding views into the heart of the home. The bathroom was reworked into a spacious retreat with a freestanding tub, oversized glass shower, and modern finishes. A new office takes advantage of the added space with expansive windows that make the room feel open and connected to the outdoors.

From structural framing and exterior expansion to the finished interiors, the project was designed to make the existing home work better without losing its original character.
