Elevated Hillside New Construction

This new construction project brings together contemporary architecture and warm, inviting materials to create a home that feels refined without feeling overly formal. Light wood flooring carries through the main living spaces, while oversized windows and sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open the home to the surrounding landscape.

Inside, custom details give each space its own character, from the natural wood cabinetry and fully built-out walk-in closet to the statement bathroom with marble-look surfaces, green tile, and brushed gold accents. The kitchen continues the clean, modern aesthetic with custom cabinetry, expansive countertops, and a dramatic oversized range hood.

The exterior was designed with the same attention to detail, featuring stone-clad columns, covered outdoor living areas, glass railings, and warm wood ceilings. The result is a thoughtfully built home where architecture, finishes, and everyday functionality come together naturally.
