This basement conversion turned an underused area into a comfortable and practical ADU. The kitchenette features dark cabinetry, white countertops, open wood shelving, and warm brass accents for a bold, modern look. The bathroom was updated with a wood-tone vanity, quartz countertop, round brass-framed mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower. Contrasting finishes and thoughtful storage solutions give the entire space character while keeping it functional for everyday living.
