From Underused Space to a Modern ADU

This project transformed an outdated, underused structure into a polished and functional accessory dwelling unit. The interior was completely refreshed with a clean, open feel, warm finishes, and thoughtful details that make the space comfortable for everyday living.

A major focus of the project was creating a full-size kitchen that feels at home in a much larger residence. Natural wood cabinetry, quartz surfaces, stainless steel appliances, integrated storage, and a statement range hood give the kitchen a warm yet modern character. Durable wood-look flooring carries throughout the space, while recessed lighting and crisp white walls keep the interior feeling bright and open.

The finished ADU makes much better use of the property's existing footprint, turning previously overlooked space into a versatile extension of the home that can serve a variety of living needs.
