There are a host of reasons why homeowners look to increase the size of their home. Whether it's growing families or new hobbies, adding one or several rooms to your home is an effective and increasingly popular means of increasing your space. When done right, not only does a home addition provide extra space but it adds value to your home and increases its aesthetic charm.

Another increasingly popular avenue homeowners take are ADUs (accessory dwelling units), which refers to a secondary house or apartment that shares the building lot of the original house. ADUs are an efficient use of existing space and are perfect for growing families or for having a dedicated space for hobbies or activities.

If you have extra space at the bottom of your garden, an ADU may be a perfect choice. We pride ourselves in handling every step of the construction process, from design and implementation to clean-up.

These Native Indian tribe indigenous territory covers the County of Sacramento. The Tribe’s ancestors inhabited the lands that were located next to a path of massive destruction and death of the California Indian tribes caused by the American, Mexican, and Spanish slavery, disease, incursions, military and the violence accompany gold mining settlements and camps. From March 1851 through January 1852, some three commissioners quickly negotiated some eighteen treaties with representatives of some of the indigenous population in California.

The ancestors of the American Indian tribes were party to the treaty that was signed at the Forks of the Cosumnes. The lands on which the Wilton Rancheria in the County of Sacramento was established sometime later were ceded by the Treaty of the Forks of the Cosumnes River. However, a promise was made to establish a rancheria starting at the Cosumnes River, and beginning at a point on the Cosumnes river, on the westernmost line of the County, running eastward on the course some 25 miles and then running southward to its terminus, and then northward to the middle branch of the Cosumnes river, and then down the stream to the place where it all started; to have and keep the said district of county for the sole occupancy and use of said American Indian tribe forever.

The ancestors if the American Indian tribe arrived back from practically being wiped-out only to have their children taken away to boarding schools that stripped them of their indigenous culture and language further. A decision of a United States District Court Judge provided Wilton with Rancheria restoration, some 10 years later, which restored the American Indian tribe to a Federally Recognized American Indian tribe in 2009. It stated that It had four branches of government that included the General Council, the Tribal-Court, the Tribal Council, and the Office of the Vice Chair and the Chair.
