There are a host of reasons why homeowners look to increase the size of their home. Whether it's growing families or new hobbies, adding one or several rooms to your home is an effective and increasingly popular means of increasing your space. When done right, not only does a home addition provide extra space but it adds value to your home and increases its aesthetic charm.
Another increasingly popular avenue homeowners take are ADUs (accessory dwelling units), which refers to a secondary house or apartment that shares the building lot of the original house. ADUs are an efficient use of existing space and are perfect for growing families or for having a dedicated space for hobbies or activities.
If you have extra space at the bottom of your garden, an ADU may be a perfect choice. We pride ourselves in handling every step of the construction process, from design and implementation to clean-up.

Elk Grove is located in the Southern part of Sacramento county. It was the first city in the 21st Century to be incorporated into California. Elk Grove is known for owning many wineries, vineyards, and wine cellars. It is currently the second largest city in Sacramento county. Elk Grove is a family-oriented community where opportunities can be found on every corner.
Elk Grove was named after the Elk Grove Hotel and Stage Stop, built for travelers coming from Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay, which later became a junction for business, entertainment, mail service, and agriculture. It also acted as a home base for gold miners in nearby communities. When James Hall opened the Hotel and Stage Stop, the town was subsequently named after it (in 1850). The Western Division of the Central Pacific Railroad came about a mile east of Elk Grove in 1868. Another hotel was built to accommodate travelers at this new location and was named the Elk Grove Hotel.
Decades later, Elk Grove remained a small farming community with little urbanization. In the late 1980s, suburban development projects started to spring up around the community, especially in northern Sacramento. These were supposed to serve Sacramento's population and San Francisco commuters seeking a residential neighborhood with proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area. These transformations activated a period of rapid growth. On July 1, 2000, Elk Grove was incorporated as a city. Elk Grove was declared the fastest-growing city in the US in 2005. Then in 2008, Elk Grove suffered a mortgage crisis due to its suburban nature.
One of the local attractions in Elk Grove is the Laguna Creek Park, a 13-mile waterway featuring wetlands, open space, walking, riding trails, fishing, and bird watching.
On the western end of Elk Grove is the Stone Lakes Refuge which encompasses a thin stretch of the floodplain and was just celebrated as a National Wildlife Refuge comprising 3,000 acres along the Pacific Flyway.
Cosumnes River Preserve is on the southern border of Elk Grove, a riparian habitat traveling along the Cosumnes.
